Featuring a time resolution of 55 ps and a standard deviation of just 35 ps, it supports two measurement ranges—Mode 1 for 12 ns–500 ns and Mode 2 for 250 ns–8 ms—to handle both short and long ToF events reliably. The device supports up to five STOP signals, allowing flexibility in selecting the best echo for more accurate readings. It includes an autonomous multi-cycle averaging mode and ultra-low power consumption—only 0.5 µA at 2 samples/sec—ideal for battery-operated systems.
