Description The NCP1219BD100R2G is a high-performance current-mode PWM controller from onsemi, developed for offline AC-DC power supplies and isolated flyback converter applications. The NCP1219BD100R2G operates at a fixed 100kHz switching frequency, providing a practical balance between power conversion efficiency, magnetic component size, and switching losses. Its current-mode control architecture simplifies feedback-loop compensation while providing fast response to changing input voltage and output load conditions.

An integrated high-voltage startup FET allows the controller to start directly from the high-voltage input rail without requiring a conventional lossy startup resistor network.
