| Description | The LTM4622IY is a compact and highly integrated step-down DC/DC µModule regulator developed by Analog Devices, designed for high-efficiency point-of-load power conversion in embedded and industrial systems. It integrates the switching controller, power MOSFETs, inductors, and compensation circuitry into a single compact package, significantly simplifying power supply design. The device supports either dual 2A outputs or a single 4A output configuration, offering flexibility for powering multiple voltage rails or higher-current loads from a single module. It operates over a wide input voltage range of approximately 2.375V to 20V, making it suitable for distributed power architectures and intermediate bus systems. The LTM4622IY provides adjustable output voltages from approximately 0.6V to 5.5V and utilizes a current-mode control architecture to achieve fast transient response and stable operation with low output ripple. It supports current sharing and output tracking/sequencing functions for complex multi-rail FPGA and processor applications.
