TPS22975DSGR

Part Number TPS22975DSGR
Manufacturer Texas Instruments Official Vector Logo Texas Instruments
Description The TPS22975DSGR is a compact high-current load switch from Texas Instruments, packaged in an 8‑pin WSON (DSG) package with an exposed thermal pad. It integrates a single N‑channel MOSFET capable of handling up to 6 A continuous current, with a remarkably low on‑resistance of just 16 mΩ over a wide input range (0.6–5.7 V VIN, 2.5–5.7 V VBIAS). The device supports low-voltage logic control (1.2–3.3–5 V), offers configurable slew-rate to manage inrush current, optional quick-output discharge, and includes thermal shutdown and robust ESD protection (2 kV HBM, 1 kV CDM). With ultralow quiescent current (~37 µA) and wide temperature tolerance (–40 °C to +105 °C), it is ideal for efficient power-path management in space-constrained, high-performance systems.
