| Description | The P2576L-AD-TQ5-R is a high-efficiency 3 A step-down (buck) switching voltage regulator designed by Unisonic Technologies for DC-DC power conversion applications. The device operates with input voltages up to approximately 40 V and provides an adjustable output voltage through external resistors, enabling flexible power supply design. It integrates an internal fixed-frequency oscillator and frequency compensation circuitry, allowing the regulator to operate with only a few external components such as an inductor, diode, and capacitors. The regulator is capable of delivering up to 3 A output current and is optimized for high efficiency compared to linear regulators. The P2576 series operates at a switching frequency around 52 kHz, simplifying inductor selection and reducing design complexity. Built-in protection features include current limiting and thermal shutdown for improved reliability. Packaged in a TO-263-5 (D2PAK) surface-mount package, the device is widely used in embedded systems, industrial equipment, power supplies, battery-powered devices, and DC-DC converter circuits. |
