| Description | The AO3400A is a compact N-channel logic-level power MOSFET designed for low-voltage, high-efficiency switching applications. It features a drain-source voltage rating of 30 V and supports continuous drain currents up to approximately 5.8 A under proper thermal conditions. The device offers very low on-resistance (Rds(on)) typically around 30 mΩ at Vgs = 4.5 V, enabling efficient operation with minimal conduction losses. It can be fully driven by low gate voltages, making it suitable for direct interfacing with microcontrollers and low-voltage logic circuits. The AO3400A is commonly used in load switching, DC-DC converters, battery-powered devices, power management circuits, and portable electronics where space-saving SMD packaging is required. |
