Description The AS4C2M32SA-7TCN is a high-speed 64Mbit synchronous DRAM (SDRAM) developed by Alliance Memory, designed for embedded systems and high-performance digital applications. It features a memory organization of 2M × 32 bits, providing efficient parallel data access for processors, FPGAs, and SoC platforms.

The device operates at a maximum clock frequency of 143 MHz with an access time of approximately 5.5 ns, enabling fast data transfer and low-latency performance in memory-intensive systems.

Built on a fully synchronous architecture, all inputs and outputs are registered on the rising edge of the clock signal, ensuring stable timing and predictable operation. Internally, the SDRAM is organized into four banks (quad-bank architecture), allowing concurrent operations and improved memory bandwidth.
