| Description | The IXTP90N055T2 is a high-performance N-channel TrenchT2 power MOSFET from Littelfuse (IXYS), engineered for efficient power switching and high-current control applications. Better version of IRLZ44N MOSfet. Its advanced trench technology delivers low conduction losses, fast switching performance, and excellent thermal characteristics, making it suitable for demanding industrial and power conversion systems. This device features a 55V drain-to-source voltage rating and supports continuous drain currents up to 90A, enabling reliable operation in high-power electronic designs. The MOSFET offers an ultra-low RDS(on) of 8.4mΩ maximum, significantly reducing power dissipation and improving overall system efficiency. The IXTP90N055T2 incorporates an avalanche-rated rugged structure that provides enhanced reliability under transient and inductive load conditions. Its optimized switching characteristics and low gate charge contribute to improved performance in high-frequency power applications. The device supports a maximum power dissipation of 150W and operates across an extended junction temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, ensuring stable operation in harsh industrial environments. The integrated body diode features fast recovery characteristics, making the MOSFET suitable for synchronous rectification and power conversion topologies.
