| Description | The W25Q16JVSSIQ is a high-performance 16Mbit serial NOR Flash memory developed by Winbond, designed for firmware storage, embedded code execution, and non-volatile data retention applications. It utilizes a high-speed SPI and Quad SPI (QSPI) serial interface, enabling fast communication with microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, and embedded processors. The device provides a memory organization of 2M × 8-bit and supports high-speed clock frequencies up to approximately 133 MHz, with enhanced throughput available in Quad SPI mode for high-performance embedded applications and execute-in-place (XiP) functionality. The W25Q16JVSSIQ operates from a supply voltage range of approximately 2.7V to 3.6V, making it suitable for low-power and portable electronic systems. It also includes low standby current and deep power-down operating modes to minimize energy consumption in battery-powered applications.
