| Description | The ULN2003AN is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array designed for driving inductive loads and interfacing low-level logic circuits with higher-power devices. It contains seven NPN Darlington pairs with common emitters and integrated clamp diodes for inductive load protection. The device supports output voltages up to 50 V and can sink up to 500 mA per channel, making it suitable for driving relays, solenoids, stepper motors, lamps, and other high-current loads. The ULN2003AN features TTL and CMOS compatible inputs, allowing direct interfacing with microcontrollers and logic ICs.
