| Description | The TPS54325PWPR from Texas Instruments is a robust 3 A, synchronous step-down converter in a 14‑pin HTSSOP (PowerPAD) package. It features D‑CAP2™ adaptive on‑time control for fast transient response and ultra-low output ripple, even with ceramic capacitors. You will get a 700 kHz switching frequency, integrated low RDS(on) MOSFETs (120 mΩ high-side and 70 mΩ low-side), and operation across a wide input range (VIN: 2–18 V, VCC: 4.5–18 V). Output voltage is adjustable from 0.76 to 5.5 V, with soft-start and pre‑biased startup capabilities. It boasts power-good signaling, cycle-by-cycle over‑current protection, under-voltage and over-voltage protections, UVLO, thermal shutdown, and draws under 10 µA in shutdown mode.
