| Description | The EAST1616RGBA3 is a compact RGB SMD LED (Red, Green, Blue) manufactured by Everlight Electronics, designed for high-density PCB layouts and multi-color indication applications. It integrates three LEDs in a single package, emitting light at approximately 632nm (red), 518nm (green), and 468nm (blue), enabling full-color mixing and versatile display functionality. The device is housed in an ultra-miniature 0606 (1.6 × 1.6 mm) surface-mount package with a height of around 0.35 mm, making it ideal for compact electronic designs and space-constrained applications. It operates with typical forward voltages of approximately 1.95V (red) and 2.8V (green/blue) at a test current of 5mA per channel, ensuring low power consumption and efficient light output. Featuring a wide viewing angle of about 120° and a clear lens structure, the EAST1616RGBA3 provides uniform brightness and excellent visibility across multiple viewing directions. The LED uses InGaN and AlGaInP semiconductor technologies for reliable optical performance and long operational life. It supports standard SMT reflow soldering processes and is supplied in tape-and-reel packaging for automated assembly.
