Description The ULN2003D1013TR is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array developed by STMicroelectronics, designed for driving inductive loads such as relays, stepper motors, solenoids, and lamps. It integrates seven open-collector NPN Darlington pairs with common emitters, providing a compact and efficient interface between low-level logic circuits and high-power loads.

Each channel supports up to 500mA continuous output current (600mA peak) and can handle output voltages up to 50V, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and embedded applications . The device includes built-in suppression (flyback) diodes for inductive load protection, reducing the need for external components and simplifying circuit design .

The ULN2003D1013TR is fully compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels, enabling seamless integration with microcontrollers, PLCs, and digital systems. Its inputs are arranged opposite the outputs to facilitate easier PCB routing and layout optimization

Packaged in a SOIC-16 surface-mount format and supplied in tape-and-reel (TR) configuration, this variant is ideal for automated assembly processes.
