| Description | The LNK364DN-TL is a highly integrated off-line switcher IC from the LinkSwitch-XT family, designed for low-power AC-DC conversion applications. It integrates a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, ON/OFF control circuitry, and protection features in a single device, enabling compact flyback power supply designs. The device operates over a universal input range of 85VAC to 265VAC and delivers output power up to approximately 6W (85–265VAC) or 9W (230VAC). It features a switching frequency of around 132 kHz, maximum duty cycle of 60%, and output current capability of approximately 330 mA. The IC includes built-in protections such as current limiting, thermal shutdown, short-circuit protection, and auto-restart functionality. With low standby power consumption (<300 mW) and high efficiency, it is ideal for chargers, adapters, and small appliance power supplies. The SO-8C package allows compact PCB layout and efficient thermal performance for cost-sensitive and energy-efficient designs. |
