Description The SI8662BD-B-ISR is a high-performance 6-channel digital isolator developed by Skyworks Solutions, designed to provide robust galvanic isolation for high-speed digital communication in industrial and automotive systems. It utilizes advanced capacitive isolation technology, offering superior reliability and performance compared to traditional optocouplers.

This device supports high-speed data transmission up to 150Mbps with a typical propagation delay of approximately 10–13ns, enabling fast and low-latency signal transfer across isolated domains. It features a unidirectional channel configuration (4 forward / 2 reverse), making it suitable for complex multi-signal isolation requirements.

The SI8662BD-B-ISR provides a high isolation voltage rating of 5000Vrms, ensuring strong electrical separation and safety in high-voltage environments. It also offers excellent common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of at least 35kV/µs, maintaining signal integrity under fast transient conditions.

Operating over a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, the device is compatible with various logic levels and digital systems including microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGAs. It maintains stable operation across a broad temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.
