| Description | The ISO3082DW is an isolated half-duplex RS-485/RS-422 transceiver designed for robust industrial communication, integrating both driver and receiver with galvanic isolation up to 2.5 kVrms. It supports data rates up to 200 kbps and operates over a supply voltage range of 3.15V to 5.5V on the logic side and 4.5V to 5.5V on the bus side. The device features a receiver hysteresis of approximately 30 mV, low bus capacitance (~16 pF), and high transient immunity of around 50 kV/µs, ensuring reliable data transmission in noisy environments. It includes fail-safe receiver functionality, thermal shutdown protection, and ESD protection up to 12 kV (HBM). Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the ISO3082DW is suitable for industrial automation, communication interfaces, and long-distance differential signaling systems. |
