Description The PIC16F877A-I/P is an 8-bit CMOS microcontroller from the PIC16 family designed for embedded control applications. It operates within a supply voltage range of 4.0–5.5 V and supports clock frequencies up to 20 MHz using an external oscillator. The device integrates 14 KB of Flash program memory, 368 bytes of RAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM for non-volatile data storage. It provides up to 33 programmable digital I/O pins and includes a wide range of integrated peripherals such as a 10-bit ADC with 8 input channels, three timer modules, PWM modules for motor and power control applications, and a parallel slave port.
