| Description | The EL817(B)-F is a phototransistor-type optocoupler designed for signal isolation and switching applications. It consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to an NPN phototransistor in a 4-pin DIP package. The device provides an isolation voltage of approximately 5 kVrms and features a CTR (Current Transfer Ratio) classification “B”, typically ranging from 130% to 260% at specified test conditions. It operates over a wide input current range and offers reliable signal transmission with good noise immunity. The EL817(B)-F is commonly used in power supplies, microcontroller isolation, industrial control systems, switching circuits, and general-purpose signal isolation applications. |
