| Description | The AD620ARZ-REEL7 is a low-cost, high-accuracy instrumentation amplifier designed for precision signal conditioning applications, offering gain programmable from 1 to 10,000 using a single external resistor. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of ±2.3V to ±18V (4.6V to 36V single supply) and features low supply current of approximately 900 µA to 1.3 mA, making it suitable for low-power systems. The device provides excellent performance with input offset voltage as low as 30–50 µV, offset drift around 0.6 µV/°C, and high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) up to 130–140 dB. It has a bandwidth of approximately 1 MHz at unity gain and a slew rate of 1.2 V/µs, with very low input bias current (~500 pA to 1 nA) . The amplifier offers low noise density (~9 nV/√Hz) and high input impedance (~10 GΩ), ensuring accurate amplification of small differential signals. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and the SOIC-8 package enables compact PCB design, making it ideal for medical instrumentation, data acquisition systems, sensor interfaces, and industrial measurement applications. |
