Description | The V9260F is a single-phase energy metering analog front-end (AFE) integrated circuit (IC) developed by Vango Technology. It is designed to accurately measure active and reactive energy in single-phase electrical systems. It meets the requirements of IEC 62053-21:2003, IEC 62053-22:2003, and IEC 62053-23:2003 standards, ensuring less than 0.1% error in active and reactive energy metering over a dynamic range of 5000:1. Operating with a 3.3V power supply, the V9260F consumes approximately 1.7mA during full operation, making it suitable for energy-efficient applications. It features an internal reference voltage of 1.210V with a typical temperature coefficient of 10ppm/°C, providing stable and accurate voltage references for metering applications. The IC supports configurations for measuring active and reactive power through either two current channels for active metering or one current channel for both active and reactive power metering, offering flexibility based on application requirements. It utilizes a UART interface with automatic baud rate adaptation ranging from 1200bps to 19200bps, facilitating easy integration with microcontrollers and other digital systems for data retrieval and configuration. The V9260F operates without the need for an external crystal oscillator, simplifying design and reducing component count. It is designed to function within an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, suitable for various environmental conditions. |
