The T495C106K035ATE400 is a high-performance 10µF 35V low-ESR solid tantalum SMD capacitor manufactured by KEMET (YAGEO Group). Part of the T495 surge-robust series, this capacitor features a manganese dioxide (MnO2) solid electrolyte, ±10% capacitance tolerance, and compact 2312 (6032 Metric) C-case packaging, making it suitable for demanding power management and filtering applications. The T495C106K035ATE400 provides a rated capacitance of 10µF (10000nF), 35V DC working voltage at +85°C, and a maximum equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 400mΩ at 100kHz. Additional electrical characteristics include 3.5µA maximum DC leakage current, 6% maximum dissipation factor, and 524mA RMS ripple current at 100kHz and +25°C. The operating temperature range extends from -55°C to +125°C, with voltage derating to 23.45V DC at +125°C. Designed for high surge current capability and low-impedance power supply applications, the KEMET T495 series incorporates surge current screening and accelerated aging processes to improve component reliability. The low ESR and high ripple current capability make this capacitor suitable for DC-DC converters, switching power supplies (SMPS), voltage regulator circuits, DC filtering, power rail decoupling, and power management systems.
