| Description | The SI7021-A20-GM1R is a high-accuracy digital humidity and temperature sensor integrating a calibrated sensing element and signal processing circuitry in a compact DFN-6 package. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.9V to 3.6V and communicates via a standard I2C interface with low power consumption typically around 150 µA during measurement and less than 60 nA in standby mode. The device provides relative humidity measurement range from 0% to 100% RH with accuracy of ±2% RH, and temperature measurement range from -10°C to +85°C with accuracy of ±0.4°C. It features fast response time, factory calibration, and long-term stability with drift less than 0.25% RH per year. The sensor includes an integrated heater for condensation removal and offers 14-bit resolution for humidity and 12–14-bit for temperature. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for HVAC, industrial monitoring, IoT devices, and environmental sensing applications. |
