| Description | The WizFi250-PA is a high-performance Wi-Fi module designed for Serial-to-Wi-Fi communication, supporting IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standards. It operates in the 2.4 GHz band and provides data transfer speeds of up to 65 Mbps. The module features a UART interface with a configurable baud rate ranging from 300 bps to 921.6 kbps, making it easy to integrate into various embedded applications. The PA (Power Amplified) version comes with an external antenna for improved signal range and stability. It supports multiple network modes, including Station (STA), SoftAP, and simultaneous AP + STA mode. Advanced security features such as WEP, WPA, WPA2-PSK, and Enterprise WPA/WPA2 ensure secure data transmission. Configuration can be done via AT commands over UART or a web-based interface, and firmware updates are possible through UART or OTA (Over-the-Air). The module also supports TCP, UDP, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, and SSL/TLS protocols, making it suitable for IoT, industrial automation, and smart device applications.
