| Description | The ADL5513ACPZ-R7 is a high-performance TruPwr™ RMS RF power detector from Analog Devices, designed to accurately measure the true RMS power of complex RF and communication signals across a wide frequency range. It is optimized for wireless infrastructure, test equipment, instrumentation, transmit power control, and RF monitoring applications. This device operates over an exceptionally broad frequency range of 1MHz to 4GHz, allowing accurate power measurement across multiple wireless communication standards and RF system architectures. Its true RMS measurement capability enables precise monitoring of both continuous-wave and complex modulated signals. The ADL5513ACPZ-R7 incorporates Analog Devices' advanced TruPwr™ detection technology, providing accurate power measurement independent of waveform characteristics. This capability makes it particularly suitable for modern communication systems utilizing OFDM, CDMA, W-CDMA, LTE, and other high crest-factor modulation schemes. The device offers a wide dynamic measurement range of approximately 60dB, enabling accurate detection of RF signal levels across varying operating conditions. Its output voltage is proportional to the measured RMS input power, simplifying integration into automatic gain control (AGC), transmitter monitoring, and power management systems. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage, the ADL5513ACPZ-R7 combines high measurement accuracy with low power consumption. The device also features fast response times and excellent temperature stability, helping maintain reliable performance in demanding RF environments.
