| Description | The RA-01 (SX1278) is a high-performance LoRa RF transceiver module developed by Ai-Thinker, based on the Semtech SX1278 chipset. Operating in the 433 MHz ISM band, it is designed for long-range, low-power wireless communication applications requiring robust signal transmission and high interference immunity. Utilizing LoRa spread spectrum modulation technology, the RA-01 achieves communication distances of several kilometers in open environments while maintaining ultra-low power consumption. It supports adjustable bandwidth, spreading factor, and coding rate, enabling designers to optimize performance for range, data rate, or power efficiency. The module communicates via an SPI interface and includes multiple GPIOs for flexible control. With high receiver sensitivity (down to -148 dBm) and programmable output power up to +20 dBm, it ensures reliable data transmission even in challenging RF environments.
