| Description | The ADS1281IPWR is a high-performance 24-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter optimized for high-resolution and low-noise measurement applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.25V for analog supply and 1.65V to 3.6V for digital supply, supporting flexible system integration. The device features a programmable data rate up to 4 kSPS with exceptional noise performance (as low as 17 nV/√Hz input-referred noise) and dynamic range up to 130 dB. It supports differential input signals with programmable gain amplifier (PGA) up to 64, allowing precise amplification of low-level signals. The ADC includes a SPI-compatible serial interface, onboard digital filtering, and internal reference options. Typical power consumption is around 5 mW. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and the TSSOP-28 package enables compact and reliable PCB implementation for seismic, industrial sensing, and precision data acquisition systems. |
