| Description | The WS2812B-Mini-V6 is an upgraded version of the WS2812B Mini series, integrating an RGB LED and control IC into a compact 3.5 × 3.5 mm SMD package. It operates with a supply voltage range of approximately 3.3 V to 5.5 V and uses a single-wire serial communication protocol, allowing multiple LEDs to be cascaded and individually controlled.
Each LED supports 24-bit color depth (8 bits per channel), enabling over 16 million colors with precise brightness control. The V6 version offers improved stability, better signal reliability, and enhanced compatibility compared to earlier versions. It includes built-in signal reshaping and automatic reset circuits to ensure consistent data transmission across long LED chains. The device features constant current driving for uniform brightness, high refresh rates for smooth animations, and integrated protection features such as reverse connection protection. The WS2812B-Mini-V6 is widely used in LED displays, decorative lighting, wearables, compact electronic designs, and high-density RGB lighting applications requiring reliable and individually addressable LEDs. |
