| Description | The WIZ145SR is a multi-port Serial-to-Ethernet module designed to support up to four independent RS232 serial ports over an Ethernet network. It allows seamless communication between serial devices and network systems using TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, ARP, ICMP, and HTTP protocols. The module features four DB9 RS232 ports, each capable of data transfer rates up to 115.2 kbps, making it suitable for applications requiring multiple serial connections. Powered by 5V DC, it operates efficiently with a power consumption of around 300 mA. Configuration is easy via a web interface, serial port, or Telnet, with firmware upgradeable through Ethernet. The WIZ145SR also includes RTS/CTS hardware flow control to ensure stable communication. It is designed for harsh industrial environments, featuring an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
