| Description | The TPS54361QDPRTQ1 is an automotive-grade, 3.5 A step-down DC–DC converter in a compact 10-pin WSON with thermal pad, supporting wide input voltage from 4.5 V to 60 V and designed to survive 65 V load-dump pulses per ISO 7637. It features current-mode control, adjustable switching frequency (100 kHz–2.5 MHz) that can be externally synchronized, and a pulse-skipping Eco-mode™ for excellent efficiency at light loads. With a precision 0.8 V ±1 % reference, adjustable soft-start, sequencing, UVLO, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, frequency foldback, thermal shutdown, and open-drain power-good output, it provides robust protection and control. Ultra-low 152 µA quiescent current (2 µA in shutdown) and low 87 mΩ high-side MOSFET resistance ensure high performance in compact automotive and industrial systems rated from –40 °C to +125 °C. |
