| Description | The EC200AEUHA-N06-SNASA is a high-performance LTE Category 4 cellular communication module from Quectel, specifically developed for industrial Internet of Things (IoT), machine-to-machine (M2M), smart metering, transportation, security, remote monitoring, and embedded networking applications. As a member of the EC200A Series, it delivers reliable broadband cellular connectivity in a compact surface-mount package optimized for industrial deployments. It supports LTE Cat 4 download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps. The EUHA variant is optimized for EMEA and Southeast Asia and supports LTE-FDD Bands B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28, LTE-TDD Bands B38/B40/B41, WCDMA Bands B1/B5/B8, and GSM/EDGE Bands B3/B8. Backward compatibility with 3G and 2G networks ensures dependable communication in areas where LTE coverage is limited. The module provides a comprehensive set of interfaces including USB 2.0 High-Speed, UART, SPI, I²C, SDIO, ADC, PCM digital audio, GPIO, SIM interface, NETLIGHT, RESET, and PWRKEY. These interfaces allow seamless integration with ARM processors, embedded Linux systems, industrial controllers, and custom microcontroller-based hardware. It also supports standard AT commands and protocol stacks including TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, MQTT, PPP, SSL/TLS, CMUX, DFOTA, audio playback, and voice services, significantly reducing software development time. Operating from a 3.4V to 4.5V supply voltage, the EC200AEUHA-N06-SNASA is designed for low-power industrial operation with sleep current in the microamp range. The compact 29 × 32 × 2.4 mm LCC package supports automated SMT assembly, while the industrial operating temperature range of -35°C to +75°C (extended versions up to -40°C to +85°C) ensures reliable performance in demanding environments. The module supports Windows, Linux, Android, OpenWrt, and embedded operating systems through USB networking interfaces and serial AT commands. Multiple USB networking modes, firmware-over-the-air updates, and industrial-grade software support make it suitable for long-life connected products deployed in commercial and industrial environments.
