| Description | The AT89C5115-RATUM is an 8-bit microcontroller based on the enhanced 8051 core, integrating a full-speed USB 2.0 device controller for embedded communication applications. It features 16KB Flash program memory and 512 bytes of internal RAM, operating at a maximum clock frequency of 48 MHz with an internal PLL for USB functionality. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 5.5V and supports USB data transfer rates up to 12 Mbps. It includes multiple peripherals such as UART, SPI interface, timers/counters, programmable I/O ports, watchdog timer, and interrupt controller. The microcontroller supports in-system programming (ISP) and in-application programming (IAP), with low power consumption modes including idle and power-down. Typical operating current is around 25 mA. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and the TQFP-64 package allows high pin-count integration, making it suitable for USB devices, embedded control systems, and industrial communication applications. |
