| Description | The AD8223ARZ is a low-power, rail-to-rail instrumentation amplifier designed for precision signal conditioning in low-voltage systems. It operates over a wide supply voltage range from 2.2V to 36V (single supply) and consumes very low quiescent current of approximately 60 µA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The device offers gain programmable from 1 to 1000 using a single external resistor, with input offset voltage typically around 25 µV and offset drift of 0.3 µV/°C. It provides high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) up to 100 dB, low input bias current (~2 nA), and rail-to-rail output swing. The amplifier has a bandwidth of approximately 1 MHz at unity gain and a slew rate of 0.8 V/µs. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C, and the SOIC-8 package makes it suitable for sensor interfaces, medical instrumentation, and portable measurement systems. |
