| Description | The 2EDL05I06PFXUMA1 is a 600V half-bridge gate driver IC from the EiceDRIVER™ Compact family, designed for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-voltage power applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of approximately 10V to 20V and integrates a high-side and low-side driver using level-shift SOI technology, enabling efficient control of half-bridge topologies. The device provides peak output current capability of about 0.36A source and 0.7A sink, supporting fast switching performance with propagation delays around 400–420 ns . It includes an integrated ultra-fast bootstrap diode for high-side driving, reducing external component count and improving efficiency . The IC features undervoltage lockout (UVLO) for both VCC and bootstrap supply, high dv/dt immunity, and robustness against negative transient voltages. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C, and the compact PG-DSO-8 package allows efficient PCB layout. It is ideal for motor control, home appliances, SMPS, and industrial inverter applications. |
