| Description | The JN5169/001Z is a highly integrated ultra-low power 32-bit RISC wireless microcontroller with an embedded IEEE 802.15.4 compliant 2.4 GHz RF transceiver, designed for Zigbee and IoT applications. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.0V to 3.6V and supports a maximum CPU clock frequency of 32 MHz. The device integrates 512 KB Flash, 32 KB RAM, and 4 KB EEPROM, enabling complex wireless applications with OTA update capability. It provides RF output power up to +10 dBm, receiver sensitivity of approximately -96.5 dBm, and data rates up to 400 kbps. Typical current consumption is 13–15 mA in receive mode and 14–23 mA in transmit mode. The MCU includes multiple peripherals such as I2C, SPI, UART, JTAG, 10-bit ADC, PWM, and up to 20 GPIOs. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C, and the compact HVQFN-40 package makes it suitable for low-power wireless networks, smart home systems, industrial IoT, and Zigbee-based communication devices. |
