Description The ADG721BRMZ-REEL7 is a dual SPST (Single-Pole Single-Throw) analog switch from Analog Devices, designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications. It features a low on-resistance of 4Ω (max) and excellent channel-to-channel matching of 300mΩ (max). The switch operates with a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and offers fast switching times with a turn-on time of 14ns (max) and a turn-off time of 6ns (max). With a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz and low charge injection (2pC), it ensures minimal distortion and high-speed signal routing. The ADG721BRMZ-REEL7 is ideal for use in communication systems, audio/video switching, test equipment, and portable devices, with a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
