| Description | The SN74HC573ADWR is an octal transparent D-type latch featuring 3-state outputs, designed for bus-oriented applications such as data storage, buffering, and I/O port interfacing. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2V to 6V, with typical operation at 5V, and offers low power consumption with maximum ICC around 80 µA. The device provides typical propagation delay of approximately 21–23 ns and supports output drive capability up to ±6 mA at 5V. It features low input leakage current (≤1 µA), high noise immunity, and can directly drive up to 15 LSTTL loads. The latch enable (LE) input allows transparent operation when high and data latching when low, while the output enable (OE) pin provides high-impedance state for bus sharing. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for industrial and embedded digital applications. |
