| Description | The nRF52832-QFAA-R is a multiprotocol low-power wireless System-on-Chip from Nordic Semiconductor designed for Bluetooth Low Energy and IoT applications. It integrates a 64 MHz ARM Cortex-M4F processor with floating-point unit and a high-performance 2.4 GHz radio supporting Bluetooth LE, ANT, and proprietary protocols. The device operates from a supply voltage range of 1.7–3.6 V and supports wireless data rates up to 2 Mbps. It integrates 512 KB Flash memory and 64 KB RAM, along with up to 32 GPIO pins and multiple peripheral interfaces including SPI, I²C, UART, I²S, and PWM. The radio provides programmable transmit power up to +4 dBm and receiver sensitivity down to about −96 dBm. Additional features include EasyDMA for efficient data transfers, a 12-bit ADC, NFC-A tag interface, hardware AES encryption accelerator, timers, and advanced power-management modes, making the chip suitable for wearables, smart home devices, industrial sensors, and Bluetooth mesh networks. |
