The device detects both north and south magnetic poles with operate and release thresholds around ±5.5 mT and ±5 mT respectively , enabling flexible magnet orientation. It provides an open-drain digital output capable of sinking up to 60 mA . The integrated chopper stabilization technique ensures low offset, high stability, and reliable performance over a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C . The IC integrates voltage regulator, Hall sensor, amplifier, and Schmitt trigger in a single chip , offering robust noise immunity and consistent switching. Packaged in SOT-23W-3, it is ideal for automotive, position sensing, speed detection, and contactless switching applications. |
