| Description | The TMS320F28069PZT is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from the C2000™ real-time control family, based on the C28x DSP core operating at up to 90 MHz and delivering up to 90 MIPS processing performance. It features 256KB Flash memory and 100KB RAM, enabling advanced control algorithms and real-time processing. The device operates with a supply voltage of 3.3V and provides up to 68 GPIO pins for flexible interfacing. It integrates advanced peripherals including multiple high-resolution PWM modules (up to 16 channels), 12-bit ADC with up to 16 channels and sampling rates up to 3.46 MSPS, SPI, I2C, SCI (UART), CAN interface, and DMA controller. The MCU also includes a Control Law Accelerator (CLA) for parallel processing and improved control loop performance. It features low power modes, watchdog timer, and advanced interrupt system. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +105°C, and the LQFP-100 package enables high-density PCB integration. It is ideal for motor control, digital power conversion, renewable energy systems, and industrial automation requiring precise real-time control. |
