| Description | The AUIPS6041GTR is an automotive-grade intelligent high-side power switch developed by Infineon Technologies, designed for controlling resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads in harsh environments. This device features a single-channel N-channel high-side configuration with a typical output current capability of approximately 1.6A, making it suitable for driving relays, solenoids, lamps, and other automotive loads.
