| Description | The LM35DZ is a precision analog temperature sensor with an output voltage linearly proportional to temperature in degrees Celsius. It operates with a supply voltage range of 4 V to 30 V and provides a calibrated output of 10 mV/°C, eliminating the need for external calibration. The device measures temperatures from 0°C to +100°C (typical full range -55°C to +150°C for other variants) with an accuracy of approximately ±0.5°C at room temperature. It features low self-heating (less than 0.1°C in still air) and low output impedance, making it suitable for direct interfacing with ADC inputs. The LM35DZ is widely used in temperature measurement, environmental monitoring, HVAC systems, industrial control, and embedded applications requiring accurate analog temperature sensing. |
