APX809S-44SA-7 / The APX809S-44SA-7 is a microprocessor supervisory voltage detector designed to monitor power supply levels and provide reliable reset signals for digital systems. It features a fixed threshold voltage of approximately 4.38V with a push-pull active-low reset output and a minimum reset timeout of 140 ms. The device operates over a wide supply voltage range from 1.0V to 5.5V and consumes very low quiescent current (typically around 7 µA), making it ideal for low-power applications. It offers precise voltage monitoring, high noise immunity, and reliable reset operation down to VCC = 1V. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and compact SOT-23-3 package, it is well suited for microcontroller systems, embedded devices, industrial electronics, and battery-powered equipment.
